Flux OSDE — interactive penalty challenge
Football, accuracy and technology in a custom-built experience
Together with Fibra we built for OSDE a penalty challenge with an LED screen and custom software, where each participant had to beat a virtual goalkeeper and score.
The experience
On 22 August 2026 we took part with Fibra in Flux OSDE, a day held in Tortuguitas, for which we built an interactive football-inspired experience.
The format invited each participant to kick a ball toward a goal represented on a large LED screen. In front of them, a virtual goalkeeper reacted to the shot and tried to stop the goal, turning a familiar mechanic into a technological challenge that was intuitive and attractive.
The experience combined physical movement, accuracy and immediate visual response. Because the mechanic is simple, anyone could understand the goal quickly, take part and try again to improve.
All of the software was developed and customised for the activation, adapting look, animation and behaviour to OSDE's identity. Ultra Interactive owned the technology development and ran the experience through the day, which stayed live from 9:00 to 18:00.
The result was a sporting format able to generate participation, entertainment and a direct connection between the public and the brand.
